I took my car in for an oil change, and everyone was so nice and informative! They told me they would do a quick check over for me because I told them I was taking a long trip. They said I was fine to travel and the whole service only took an hour or two! I highly recommend them!

I like to patronize a business several times before I sit down and write a review for it. You may have a great experience the first time you go and even the second time but sometimes on the 3rd or 4th visit, the great service you originally had goes downhill—that is not the case with Tampa Auto Doctor. This shop is an independently owned and family operated business. Josia is the shop owner and his brother Joel is the head mechanic while Josia’s nieces Jessica and Nia run the front office. These young ladies are great to deal with on the phone and they always remember you when you come in. I’ve been here several times for various repairs and maintenance. I own a 2007 Honda Element EX. I’ve had basic maintenance like an oil change and a tire rotation. I’ve had other work done too. My car is almost 20 years old. Tampa Auto Doctor replaced my knock sensor for me and my VTEC oil pressure switch. They also replaced my radiator and radiator fans. Each time the head mechanic Joel does a wonderful job. I can not stand behind this company/shop. I really wanted to give them a chance and good review. I have taken my 2007 jeep grand Cherokee here multiple times to get repaired. Very frustrating $1500 in injectors that was "promised" would fix my vehicle problem stalling in traffic and while driving. Already have taken vehicle back at least 7 times for them to get it right. My fiance brings it in I uber him home and it costs us a LOT of money to keep our vehicle there and uber. I get call saying its done they have fixed it or can not replicate the problem and to pick it up. i get to Kennedy and the car shuts off. I was promised by the owner that "they could fix it" and "if the injectors dont work we will replace and repair it still" but that's a lie. They beat you around the bush until you give up. Never got my car right with this shop. It is still broken. If it requires electrical diag dont bring car here. Then the front desk lady had the nerve to try to upsell me on new tires. Im like lady! You didn't even put coolant in the vehicle after a water pump change, and I've spent close to 1800 at your shop and the problem isn't fixed. I hate that you can be treated this way and scammed a

I had my car’s routine oil change and tire rotation done. The staff I dealt with was professional, friendly, competent, and efficient. They were accommodating to my specific circumstances, as to communication. The work was done well and in a timely manner. The place is clean and orderly. The cost was as expected for the service, normal charges. A customer of several years standing had recommended the shop to me so I felt very secure with them. I expect to be able to rely on them for my car care in the future. Happy customer.
